Water Aerobics Classes
Water aerobics classes offer you a great way to stay fit without aggravation or risking injury. Using the resistance of water automatically increases the intensity of your workout, helping to increase your strength, flexibility and your overall health.
Classes are similar to using weights or machines in a gym, however, water aerobics give you a natural buoyancy to help protect and target particular areas of your body that require attention.
This session is a fitness class supervised by our trained Water Aerobics fitness instructor.
A physician referral is not required.
The water aerobics client may be assessed for overall fitness.
This class involves moderate to advanced level exercises to help with overall fitness and weight loss.
Water aerobics allow you to exercise the body without putting stress on your joints.
