Duties and Responsibilities
Student Registration
Organizing and coordinating training programs, office events, meetings, functions, and client checkups.
Responding to clients' inquiries and ensuring timely communication within the organization and external parties.
Maintaining the records of candidates, and outside visitors who visit the company.
Answering enquiring phone calls.
Provide assistance needed for smooth business operations.
Interact with clients, resolve problems, and provide information.
Performing all general administrative and office support activities.
Checking of deliveries and manage petty cash
Our Requirements
Female
OND, HND, BSc. in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years experience in an office environment.
Ability to come up with ideas and strategy that will contribute to the growth of the company.
Keen attention to quality, details and tidiness.
Good command in spoken and written English, excellent Telephone Etiquette.
Highly organised and able to manage people and tasks
